Today's class begins with helping to melt down the fascia and educate our therapists about infrared heat.
For an added little TLC we applied cold collagen masks. 🤤🤤🤤
And of course we are enjoying the blue lights of the star ceiling above us.
Training is hard, but someone has to do it. 🥰

Trauma Therapy Retreat in the house!!!! A little Zoey Extraordinary Playlist with a paraffin dips after some amazing homemade Irish Beef Stew. 🥰
Had to tell them they could relax their hands on down. 🤣 It is going to be a great week with this group! Lots of training with some amazing activities and self-care.
