Made some engagement cookies this week. Thought I’d try to make flowers for the first time, using a tip-less piping bag, cut at a diagonal. I’m pretty happy about how they came out!

If you want to join the fun, for $25 we supply you with 2 cookies, a bag of Royal icing and all the tools you need. You can purchase the tools you used on your way out, to continue decorating at home and be ready for the next class in June!

Playing around with designs for show Cabaret this past weekend. What an amazing show! It can be so fun but daunting when you can make whatever you want. I love how these came out!

Hi folks! I’m planning out a free cookie decorating demo at Nanny’s Fancy’s the first week of May. Come by to see the process as well as trying out a few techniques yourself! The exact dates are still being discussed and I’ll make a formal announcement it’s finalized.

Got my picture from Art of Dessert! So proud of how it came out. This is the first time I have constructed anything completely out of sugar cookie and it was such a challenge. There were sooo many amazing desserts on Saturday, I’m already brainstorming for next year.
