The Library Foundation is commissioning a permanent mosaic structure to grace the entrance of the new Roseland Regional Library, slated to open in spring 2027. The chosen installation will celebrate themes such as literacy, storytelling, cultural diversity, access to information, and lifelong learning, while resonating with the unique identity of the Roseland community.
