From my home to yours, handmade apparel and accessories for babies and toddlers. I sew for my 2yr old son, nieces & nephews, and my sons friends.

I'm a busy mom and when I'm not at work, organizing my mommy's group, or playing with my son I love to sew! I love seeing the look of delight on someones face when they see something I've made them or hearing the excitement in my sons voice when he says "Mommy made this for me". One of the best parts about sewing is all the time I get to spend with my cousin Jen. She has her own shop CaliCrafts (h

One pair of summer pajamas done for the Eldest and my 1st custom order since the wee one was born are both done!

The eldest child needs some new summer PJs. All the other boys at preschool are into super heros so he wanted some Avengers PJs. Hope I don't suddenly Hulk out while I'm sewing. ;)

Big brother is really excited about his new pjs (which conveniently match his Lightening McQueen slippers). Hopefully there will be more sewing in my future!

This cute little man is helping me sew a new pair of PJs as a surprise to give his big brother tonight during movie night.

Completed casserole carrier! One of these days I'll sew one for myself. To go with the casserole carrier I had pyrex dish etched with her name by these lovely ladies on etsy: http://www.etsy.com/shop/Etchergirls. This is my third order from them and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future! They have great products :)

Stocking stuffer project number 2: a set of four Star Wars bean bags. J's preschool teacher does lots of games he likes with bean bags and now he'll have his own set to play with.

Two more projects for J's stocking and I'll be able to start on Baby O's stocking!

My goal this year is to make more of J's stocking stuffers. I finished my first project last night: felt numbers.
J saw me doing some appliqué numbers on a gift for his cousin several months ago and has been asking me to sew numbers for him. I thought these would be more fun then flash cards and we can work on higher numbers by putting two numbers together. We'll have fun making up number games together :)

Andy's Dandy's is officially two tiny feet bigger (this is just one of the tiny feet). I can't tell you how much I appreciate all the request for holiday PJs I've received. I love sewing and it makes me so happy when people enjoy what I make. My goal is to have my etsy store up back up and taking orders by the end of January. Happy Holidays!

This was a really fast project I did in about 30 mins. I wanted to save all the seed packs from my garden for reference but they were all rolled up from being in my pocket. I cut them in half and glued the front to one side of a piece of construction paper and the back to the other side. I cut them out hole punched them and tied them together with twine.

The cool part is now my son wants to look at my "garden book" and now we get to talk more about what we're growing and he knows what the veggies will look like when they grow. He's even more excited about the garden now.
