We have been on a big kick for au gratin potatoes (scalloped potatoes) what an absolute treat to enjoy with soul family.
Also here is fillet mignon, sautéed arugula mustard greens, green beans, elegant salad, pistachio aged white cheddar pesto.
This was quite the treat to enjoy with friends on a Sunday. I it marinated with a bit of oak smoked salt, roasted garlic powder, and lemon, then breaded, fried to perfection.
Served with a lentil daal
