Natural mass with class! Dr. Avinash Harchand has been training for years, through his youth, college and medical school and now a passion for life. Last month, he brought his years of hard work to the Musclemania® stage and won the Classic, Physique and Denim Divisions.

With his medical profession obligations, it wasn't an easy endeavor for Dr. Harchand. The orthopedic surgeon says, "People ask me how I manage my hospital hours and bodybuilding at the same time. The truth is, it’s about substitution. Substitute , unhealthy meals to goal oriented meals. Instead of ordering food online and waiting for 45 mins, prepare your own food in 15-20 mins. There are no shortcuts, just optimized recovery and evidence-based nutrition is what bodybuilding is all about."

Former track & field athlete Dhanush Yada became a Musclemania® Pro last season and will make his debut in December. The 5'11", 80 kgs, 24 year old, lifetime natural says, "Track & field training was all about agiity, coordination and power. Bodybuilding takes training to new and different levels including strength, balance and repetition." Since becoming a competitive bodybuilder, Dhanush has amassed 10 kgs of lean muscle and is completing his symmetry for this season.
