Digital screen time is at an all-time high, in large part due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Some jobs have gone from being in office to being at home office, which may not be such a bad thing except for the increase in digital screen time. Dr. Marvin Poston (1915-2002) and his family migrated from Canada to California where he was the first African American optometrist to receive his training at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry in 1935.
