Our body needs electrolytes to hydrate appropriately so that fluid stays in the body and isn’t just peed out in the urine.
I start my day out with 1 scoop of Relyte Hydration with 10-12 oz. of fluid mixed in a blender.
Before or after intense work outs (depending how I’m feeling) I hydrate with Relyte Hydration using 1-2 scoops in 10-24 oz. of water, respectively.
