As you may have noticed there has been a bit of smoke in the air lately which was reportedly caused by an unattended campfire.....oops. The Wallow Fire is 10 percent contained, up from 0 percent last Thursday. It has burned 450,000 acres, or 703-square miles. This should be a great reminder of how dangerous a fire is in our extended drought conditions.
