Cranberry, cinnamon and oats—oh my! You really cran whip up the tastiest treats with your Thanksgiving leftovers! Let us know how fast you eat these cranberry oat bars in the comments👇


1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
1 ½ cups Rolled oats
¾ cup Coconut oil, melted
½ cup Sugar
1 tsp. Kosher salt
½ tsp. Cardamom
½ tsp. Baking powder
2 cups Sprouts market corner cranberry sauce
1 tsp. Cornstarch
½ tsp. Cinnamon
zest of a Tangerine or orange
juice of a Tangerine or orange

🥣 In a bowl, mix together the flour, oats, sugar, salt, cardamom, and baking powder.
🥣 Add the melted coconut oil. Stir until the mixture is crumbly but holds together when you press it firmly.
🥣 In another bowl, pour the leftover cranberry sauce, and add cornstarch, cinnamon, zest, and juice of a tangerine or orange. Mix well.
🥣Press ¾ of the oat mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan. Make sure it’s firmly packed and even. Pour the cranberry mixture right on top, then sprinkle the rest of the oat mixture on top of the cranberry, be sure to make it look crumbly.
🥣Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes until the top is golden brown. 🥣Remove from oven and let cool. Enjoy warm!
