Pro Tip: Don’t Include REALTOR® Marks in Your Business Name
The REALTOR® marks may not be included in legal business names or DBAs but can be used with the business name or DBA in advertising and other materials. For instance, you could register Sunshine Realty as a business name and then use Sunshine Realty, REALTORS® in marketing. Check out page 5 of NAR’s Membership Marks Manual to find out more.
