Dear loved clients,

We are monitoring the ongoing situation closely, and will be following the recommendation of the state and city officials accordingly. As it stands, The Downtown Color Bar will remain open. We are taking more time to sanitize, and clean our workspace before and after every client. We have 7+ families that rely on The Downtown Color Bars income. We will continue to use the strictest possible cleaning and hygiene procedure and practice to ensure our staff and clients are in a safe and healthy environment. This Saturday the girls from The Downtown Color Bar, along with some other talented Albuquerque stylist, held an event to teach fathers of daughters how to care for their daughters hair! And it was an amazing success!! We had so much fun, and it was such an honor to help teach these great fathers how to do simple styles on their little ones hair. We will be having a similar event on April 11th at the Downtown Color Bar where we will also include how to paint nails 💅🏽 More information to come 💞 @ Taylor Ranch Community Center
