As my heart is breaking, I have decided it will be now that I will share my story. I feel sharing our pain is healing, but sharing the journey of transformation is ultimately where the power lies. I take my power back. I won't be silenced because others become uncomfortable with my pain. I've held space for so many and now this space will hold me through it all. I hope you will join me and find inspiration and that together you too can find your own healing. There will be lots of tears for a while but I am not ashamed to become vulnerable if it reaches one person in a good way I've done my work. I am a teacher but also forever learning.

Good morning... I'm enjoying the sun shining this morning. Absorbing some rays... its been gloomy for a few days, this feels good. I give thanks to the sun and its healing this morning. What are giving gratitude to today?

Good Morning 💙 How does your day start? My day started with sun, I blessed and drank some water, and stood in gratitude. . .then of course coffee. Been up since 5.30am, I hadn't touch my phone or computer until I was fully awake and centered, it's now 8am and I'm barely getting to my emails and private messages. Take a moment for you before anything. Blessing abound.
