Recently listed--a really beautiful and unusual pair of pink Depression Glass candlestick holders!
https://www.etsy.com/listing/951636150/pair-depression-glass-pink-glass?ref=listings_manager_grid
Pair Depression Glass, Pink Glass Candlestick Holders, Fostoria?, Unusual Really beautiful and unusual pair pink depression glass candlestick holders. These are unusual--I thought they were Fostoria, but cannot find a matching Fostoria (or any other maker, for that matter!) pattern for these beauties. My best guess on a date for these would be the 1930s. They measure 2
Have you ever wondered if there was a place to see my treasures in person? Well, now there is! Check out my case, #917, at the absolutely fabulous Santa Fe Antiques!

Another cool piece up in the shop today! https://www.etsy.com/listing/935902011/needlepoint-native-american-dancer-paul?ref=listings_manager_grid
Needlepoint, Native American Dancer, Paul J. Goodbear/Chief Flying Eagle (Cheyenne)(1913-1954) An unusual find--a large, incredibly well done needlepoint copy of an original artwork by Paul J. Goodbear/Chief Flying Eagle (1913-1954) from the Cheyenne Reservation. Though the needlepoint is not marked/signed by the needlepoint artist, the inspiration behind it, Goodbears work, is well known,
A few days ago, I found this fabulous blue rooster pitcher, and knew I had to have it for the shop! I have just listed it on Etsy--check out the details below!
Absolutely fabulous, funky, and functional blue rooster pitcher! This chicken is too cool--it was one of those pieces I saw and fell in love with and had to have for my shop! It reminds me of folk art, outsider art, and/or made by someone who just wanted to memorialize their favorite bird! My best guess on a date for this piece would be 1970s.
This pitcher is not signed, but was definitely made with care and attention to detail. The comb and wattle are precisely and delicately formed, as is the tail. The eyes are incised, and the beak is both nicely shaped and a functional spout!
The rooster measures 5.25" tall and 9" wide. He is in overall excellent condition, with no chips, breaks, cracks, repairs, or imperfections of any kind. There are some minor areas where the dark blue paint has flaked off, but just adds to its charm. See photos for details.
Truly a one-of-a-kind, unusual pitcher! Perfect for daily use, fantastic decorative piece, or even rare addition to a collection!
As always, I am more than willing to answer any questions or provide additional images, if requested!

Hi, y'all, and Happy New Year's Eve! I have been busy photographing lots of new inventory and couldn't wait to share this gem!
Artist: Segundo Endara (Ecuadorian, 20th Century)
Date: Dated on back of frame, 1962
Medium: Oil on canvas, nailed to board
Size: Frame dimensions: 29" x 21.25"
Board/stretched canvas dimensions: 25.25" x 17.5"
Image dimensions: 24.25" x 16.5"
Condition: One minor area of dirt, minor flakes of paint missing in a few areas. See photos for detailed shots. Can provide more details/photographs upon request.
Additional information on this work of art: Striking nocturne city scene (Quito, Ecuador) by Segundo Endara. This Ecuadorian artist has had work come up at auction, and frequently paints scenes from his home country. Painting is signed lower right. The canvas is nailed to a board; the nails look original to the creation of the work.
I personally love nocturnes, and this one is particularly well done, with a real warmth and glow illuminating from the building.
Frame is included with purchase (it is not in particularly great shape); the frame does not exactly fit the artwork, however, this is definitely its original frame. "El Rodo" is written in ink at the top of the frame, along with Quito, Ecuador, and 1962, twice, in pencil. "El Rodo" could potentially be referring to a specific building or area in Quito, named after José Enrique Rodó (1871-1917) a famous Uruguayan writer, literature critic, and professor; this scene looks a bit like Plaza San Francisco in Quito.
As always, I am happy to answer questions and provide additional images!

My mother-in-law recently gave me these fabulous Plaster of Paris fruits to sell! They're super unusual--so much so, that I haven't been able to find hardly any information on them! Check out the listing and let me know what you think! https://www.etsy.com/listing/923577025/rare-and-unusual-plaster-of-paris-fruits?ref=listings_manager_grid
Rare and Unusual Plaster of Paris Fruits, 10 pieces, 1950s? Heavy! Super unusual and rare 10 piece set Plaster of Paris fruits! I have never seen anything like these and have not been able to find any information on them--1950s is my best educated guess on a date of creation. They are quite heavy, and remind me of the fruit that youd see set up in a drawing class.
I adore old photographs. The history, the mystery, the stories, absolutely everything about them! These four fantastic snapshots hit the Etsy store just a few moments ago! Check ‘em out! https://www.etsy.com/shop/ANPAntiqueAndVintage?ref=search_shop_redirect

I especially love all the aspects of the wood; you can tell that the maker really paid attention to all the small and
