The GnaR-S-R

The 11th annual GnaRSR is Aug 11, 2014 The 11th annual on the beach run-swim-run from Santa Cruz wharf to Capitola wharf.

The prompt 6am start (early for the low tide) will be at the south end of the Santa Cruz Wharf. Participants will run to the Harbor, swim around it (the mouth will be closed by the Harbor patrol), run to Blacks, swim to Santa Maria's, run to Wind and Sea, swim to Rockview, and run the rest of the way to your finish just past the Capitola Wharf.
