Hello! I'm an artist based in California, U.S. I work with various media including watercolor, Gouache and acrylics. Color is my biggest source of inspiration.

I hope my art can bring a smile to your day!

I make kitchen linens. And I genuinely don’t love cooking. 🍳
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I know — it doesn’t sound fitting. But there’s a real story behind why I started making tea towels, aprons, and dishcloths, and it starts a lot earlier than watercolor does.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My blog has the full story (link below) — from my mom’s sewing machine (I was six!) to a quiet realization I had while standing at my kitchen counter dreading dinner, and how it all eventually led to this collection of colorful, floral kitchen textiles that I make today.
It’s one of those “I’ve been meaning to share this” stories, and I’m finally sharing it.

If you’ve followed along for a while, you might remember that I used to hand-pour my watercolor paint sets. It worked, but it also took a lot of my time, and the sets were often out of stock than in stock.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So I’ve been testing a lot of pre-poured watercolor paints from paint manufacturers behind the scenes. After going through dozens of manufacturers, and almost giving up, I finally found one I’m really happy with!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The new paint sets are now restocked, with the same color palette as before, but now in even better, artist-grade quality! The only change is that Permanent Rose has been replaced with Opera, a brighter pink that my students have been loving. Oh, and the 3-brush set, of course, has been upgraded to my own branded 5-brush set. (I haven’t had a chance to update the photos on my website yet, so just a quick note in case you may wonder!)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you already have my paint + brush set and want to try this new color, I’ve also added Opera as an individual pan in my shop.

Next in the Saturday wildflower series: lily of the valley 🤍
May 16, 2pm at a private home in San Carlos.
These tiny bell-shaped flowers are all about light brushwork and small details. It’s a quieter, slower kind of painting—and a nice way to spend an afternoon.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Small group, cozy space, and we take it step by step.
