Para lograr un desarrollo efectivo de la masa muscular es de suma importancia retar a tus músculos, es decir salir de tu zona de confort y sobreestimularlos. Por esto mismo tu entrenamiento además de tener una estructura específica, debe ser intenso; las cargas deben permitirte la perfecta ejecución de los ejercicios sin hacerte comprometer la técnica, pero deben generarte esfuerzo en el grupo muscular que estas trabajando, ya que si levantas el mismo peso durante semanas es posible que en un punto te estanques. Y recuerda que aunque tu entrenamiento sea excelente, nunca debes dejar de lado el descanso y la dieta, esta última es clave para que los resultados que buscas sean visibles y sostenibles.

Existen muchas dietas ¿Cual es la mejor para ti?

Se habla mucho acerca de los métodos que la mayoría están siguiendo actualmente, no obstante, muchos de estos métodos te dan resultados por una sola razón: Balance energético negativo (Déficit de calorías).

Si no existe un deficit de calorías, no es posible reducir el % de grasa, sin importar el método que utilices.

Lo que debes buscar al elegir un método es:

1.Que tengas una ingesta adecuada de macro y micronutrientes para que no pongas en riesgo tu salud.
Sobre todo que ingieras la cantidad ideal de proteína.

2.Que sea realista conforme a tu objetivo y estilo de vida, que realmente puedas hacerlo.

3.Que disfrutes ese tipo de alimentación. Es indispensable pensar en el hecho de seguir ese tipo de alimentación durante un periodo de tiempo muy largo si no es que toda la vida.

4.Que te de resultados perdurables. La mayoría de las dietas o métodos denominados con un nombre, te dan resultados en un plazo de tiempo corto pero no son sostenibles.
No creo que quieras que tu resultado solo dure 1 o dos meses y que no lo puedas mantener.

5.Que no ponga en riesgo tu salud debido a que el deficit es muy extremo.

Como elegir el metodo?

Seguro tienes mucha información que has obtenido de las redes sociales o en internet en general, lo cual puede ser confuso pero debes de elegir un solo método y ser constante.

Es fácil:

👉Si disfrutas consumir carbs, no hagas Keto o dietas muy bajas en carbs (siempre y cuando estés en déficit calórico puedes seguir comiendo carbs y reducir de grasa)

👉Si disfrutas consumir legumbres , granos y lacteos no hagas la dieta Paleo.

👉Si disfrutas desayunar y no te gusta pasar horas sin comer, no hagas ayuno intermitente.

👉Si no quieres morir de hambre, no sigas métodos en los que comas muy poco o que se traten de tomar puros líquidos o batidos.

👉Si quieres seguir disfrutando de platillos que te gustan de vez en cuando, no sigas un método que te obligue a pasar más de una semana sin comida libre.

👉Si tienes muchas actividades durante el día y además te gusta entrenar fuerte, no lleves un método en el que estés en un déficit calórico tan fuerte que te deje sin energía.

Generalmente se cree que comer “saludable” y llevar una vida activa puede dar pauta a que esto suceda, y claro que habrá resultados, sin embargo cuando se trata de algo tan preciso como lo es favorecer procesos metabólicos como la oxidación de las grasas o la hipertrofia muscular, es necesario que factores como la dieta y la rutina se adapten de manera estratégica a tus necesidades nutrimentales y a la meta que quieres lograr. Y aunque al principio no sea fácil seguir pautas un poco más estrictas, si eres constante y trabajas en mejorar cada día en muy poco tiempo te sorprenderás todos los cambios físicos positivos que tu cuerpo experimentará.
