Cuida tu corazoncito 🫶🏽

Beautiful, restorative solo overnight adventure this last weekend, taking in the start of spring. Listening to my heart and body through movement and medicine, feeling blessed 🌌✨

Hey y’all, here’s a reintroduction for those of you who don’t know me. My name is Ricky and I do it all at Toast Tea Threads. This creative project started in 2011 in Olympia, Washington and has taken on many different iterations since then. I appreciate you being here and being seen by you with my personal and creative expression on this page.

It’s been 4 years since my return to Santa Barbara. Many full circle moments recently that have urged intentional connection with friends/family/comrades. Please reach out, send memes (I’ll send some back), let’s practice joy to counter oppressive systems. I need you, we need each other, and this is a call to action for myself to show up in community with you.

I’m excited for projects that are in the works and I’m looking forward to posting more soon. I’m not working on custom orders at the moment, but very interested in mutual aid projects (if you’ve got ideas, I want to hear them. Let’s talk plz)

Thank you for your time and support. Here are some pics from a beautiful time with family down in Jalisco.

I’ve been sleeping on posting here for a minute, been going through waves. Bikes are currently front of mind. I’ll be stitching up some stuff in the next week, thanks for your orders.

In the mean time, finally got this thing riding the way I want it!

Hello world, we’re still out here.

Biking more, dreaming more, sewing a bit, but more to come
.I know I felt this way before, but now I’m feeling it even more, because it came from you..

❄️❄️That season is here❄️❄️

Temperatures are dropping, and that shouldn’t keep your commutes and outdoor adventures from slowing down. Check out the selection of wool winter caps on the webstore, link in bio.
