If you live in SB you now can turn your garage into a living space. Rough in for bathroom completed, ordering a compact kitchen for where garage door is. Recessed lighting, full bathroom, built in closet.

Mold Remediation Company. Demoed bathroom, bedroom, bedroom closet, small bedroom and hallway. We put it back together.

New waste enclosure. At Gutierrez project.

Concrete job. Remove existing concrete at housing complex on Gutierrez st. Pouring 30+ yards in sections.

Our new job. All custom work. Installing all the interior doors, pocket doors, barn doors All the door casing, all the window casing, all the baseboards. All the closet shelf & rods. All the bathroom Hardwere for three lots.

This was suppose to be an easy subfloor repair. Next was to tile bathroom floor.
If you suspect any type of leak or moisture...and think it is nothing. Think again.
From a drip at the bathtub.
Gutted entire bathroom, new floor joist, wall framing, wall tile, vanity......from 2 to 20 all from a drip. We have worked for these wonderful people before....this is truly painful for all of us.

Set up and installing 5 inch base board. Coped all the cuts for a right fit in the corners. A bit more timely and costly, but the increase of the quality it worth it.

Brian & Earnesto..had a,French Door change out.
From a 5ft. Door to 8ft.
No header. lathe and plaster with some K**b & Tube wiring.
May take longer then a day.
