Deep down...are those⬆️ the ways of fulfilling who you really want to be and desire for yourself ⁉️

I was chatting with a co-worker not too long ago and he was sharing with me how he doesn't even enjoy what he is doing. 😮

I asked him well what do you really love to do and he had to think it over but then he said he can't make the same money as he is now with starting something else. 😲

The version of me 3-5 years ago probably would of agreed because up until maybe my early to mid thirties I felt I had no control of my life, no choices and conditioned to unconsciously belief there's one direction for me to make a comfortable living even if I was unfulfilled and miserable.

I shared my optimistic opinion with my co-worker that I believe you still can start something new you love that brings you joy. There's time and it is not too late for you.

If this is resonating with you, I want to encourage you too that you are NEVER stuck where you are AND you always get to CHOOSE your journey. It doesn't have to stop at what does not fulfill you and makes you unhappy.

YOU HAVE A CHOICE to stay there or not stay to there and make a change. You can get there a step at a time while in your full or part time job.

Is that self-doubt block your truth?
Is I am not good enough true?
Is it truly fear of failure or fear of success?

Try this when you have a pocket of quiet time 👇🏾 something that I have learned and helps me to reflect inward.

1. Figure eight breathing 3 times - imagining or drawing on the palm of my hand one loop of the eight and as I draw or imagine the loop I inhale through my nose and with the other loop exhale through my mouth.

2. Where in your body have you been feeling that tension or contraction? Is it in your stomach, your heart, your throat area? Focus in on where you feel it and when it feels good do the figure eight breathing again.

3. Ask yourself & maybe putting your hands on your heart willm feel good to you when you ask, do you know without a shadow of a doubt that (insert your block) is true?
For example: do you know without a shadow of a doubt your not good enough is true and again focusing in on where your feeling any tension. Keep asking yourself that.

4. Your answer is the redirect that your block can be used as a guide to propel and free you instead of it working against you meaning keeping you stuck from moving forward.

Love Gabrielle Bernstein's words of wisdom. She said, "we have 2 choices. We can choose to stay on the current path and struggle with xyz (alcohol-her struggle) or you can choose to get xyz (clean), change the pattern and make a major impact on the world to get to your vision of  freedom and inner peace.

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐭 𝐤𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧?

Because I was allowing a client to take away my power and I wasn't being honest with myself.

Crazy hard truth to share is....

The very advise I give and empower in my private Coachsulting clients isn't what I was taking and doing for myself. Ouch!! 🥴🤦🏽‍♀️😮 😕

I shared in stories a couple days ago that I had some recent raw and real business lessons.

This is it and what's true is I was getting triggered and self-doubt thoughts were spiraling in my head.

Instead of keeping my thoughts stuck as thoughts, I chose to go within and feel into my body. A shift happen and those thoughts did not stay spiraling. I felt called to turn to listening to one of my audiobooks, Claim Your Power by Mastin Kipp.

He says something so well about telling the truth that I thought was valuable to share with everyone.⬇️

He states, "It’s honesty time. You know how they say the truth will set you free, but first it will p**s you off? That’s not entirely accurate. Better stated: the truth will set you free, but first it will terrify you."

If I am being honest with myself yet again, I wasn't paying attention to my gut feeling about a client who was not serving me and appreciative,not respecting my boundaries, nor aligning with my values and yeaaaaah called me an employee.🙄

Why???????

Because I was comfortable where I was, terrified of parting ways and stepping into courageness but what is real is it was a disservice to the client and of course myself.

Effing 🤯, eye opening, heart wrenching and palm sweating truths.

So what are Leah's lessons here?

1. Truly deeply listen to your desires and your truth because really it will set you free

2. Your gut knows what's up so try to attune to it (working progress for 🙋🏽‍♀️ here)

3. If you know a client is a full body not feeling good to you anymore or even from the start that could be maybe through your application or sales call then be mindful this could mean a disservice to you and the client if you chose to take that client on so again really check in with yourself and does it feel aligning to you

You get to CHOOSE your business.

You get to CHOOSE what you want to do in your business. Just as much as you get to choose if you want to apply for this or that job opportunity.

The pure beauty of having your own online business is just that, it is your effing OWN that YOU are in control of making it to whatever YOU want that to look like and feel like to YOU.

The best part, you don't need to fit inside anyone's box anymore. 🙌🏾

You get to create a business around yourself, your unique gifts and the lifestyle you freakin desire! How effing exhilarating is that, right⁉️ 😍

It is not the path your parent's were shoulding on you nor what old systems and society have said.

All YOU to pave that path boo! 😊

Go after what you have been envisioning and feeling in your gut that you may have been deeply wanting for so long.

Were you ever asked....

What do you want to be when you grow up?

What were your options and were they your own choices?

How did you decide what that was going to be for you?

From what I can remember for the longest time I wanted to do something within the healthcare industry. I didn't know exactly what that looked like for me cause I wasn't aware, didn't have much guidance and a knowing of all the career options out there in that field.

Out of high school, I went to college to fulfill nursing but then change to business, accounting and last one was health information technology.

My family never fully supported me going to college because we had a family business already that I grew up in since the age of 9 and learned all the ins and outs that I can literally run the business on my own.

Also, I was hardly supported to hold a job of my own that I WANTED because again we had a family business.

The flashback is so clear in my mind, I felt the shame and I remember being asked why do I need to hold my own job and go to school when there is a well established family business that I can take over.

Instead of letting others opinions and outside noise telling me basically I didn't have a choice of my career path, I didn't let that stop me. I knew that I get to CHOOSE what I want and desire. I know there is something that lights Leah up and makes her happy.

This goes the same for when we decide to have our own online business. We get to be the ones to CHOOSE what we want to do, what services to provide, who we want to work with etc etc. Literally ya'll we have that choice!

After my first few coaching investments, I never got real clarity on what type of online service provider I wanted to be. No clear directional guidance and accountability plan to getting there. Don't get me wrong my investments were well worth it but I felt a gap and I still see it till this day where we don't always CHOOSE what lights us up. We get stuck too.

Just yesterday I saw a post saying, "they feel stuck, don't even know where to begin and struggling to find what to niche down to".

There is so much noise about niching and man I get it but what I saw missing is the how to help me find my gifts so that I can own my craft through my online service business.

The how do I best service others without doing a disservice to either of us and to where I feel a sense of fulfillment and happiness in what I am doing in my business. I get 100% the reason why we are advised to niching and I get it but what if that isn't for everyone and that doesn't necessarily light them up. What if being a generalist fulfills and energizes them? Does it have to be a monetary value about niching? How about looking inward within that person what they feel called to do and their heartfelt purpose is? It can be deeper for others, right?

You know what I mean? Are you feeling me on this?

I once was that stuck and unsure online service provider the first year in my business comparing, listening to the noise of what's going to get me to 6 figures etc, trying to figure out what is it really that I want to do in my own business that fulfills me and brings me joy.

I have learned so much now and still learning always about seeking inward, going deeper to what I want that at the end of the day aligns with my true values and vision but still making a difference and impacting other lives in a way that feels good to me.

I want exactly the same for YOU but only if that's what you desire to want to for you too! Being your true self, easy or hard❓

💯 has not been a easy path for me.

In the midst of 2020s COVID shutdown, I had a self-discovery moment.

I don’t recall what podcast or book I was reading when this clicked in my head but I remember telling my boyfriend, "I don't think I have ever figured out who I really am, what exactly I wanted, let alone actually know I do have choices because of my upbringing and conditioning." LOL...actually conditioning is a word I have been learning more about lately. Thanks to and crediting Julia Cha's book, "Am I there yet?". (btw highly recommend her book 😉)

My point, 👆🏾 is part of what I realized keeping me in my way, kept me from not being who I want to, my most authentic self, my passions, purpose, changes that I choose for me not because someone told me that's my only path of choice etc etc the list goes on and on.

Too long I subconsciously thought I had figured out what my focused path was but through conditioning I really didn't have it all figured out and it got me struggling. I would get in a stuck cycle unable to really choose for me and decide next steps.

This is why the word EMBODIMENT!

But...I am not taking it on alone this time. I'm so in the feels and grateful of those I invested in to help support me through this next level growth for this year. 🎉

As service providers, we can get so stuck and unsure on what we want to do because we can get caught up in what feels comfortable and comparisonitis.

We can stay stuck and unsure because our own blocks and spiraling thoughts are getting in the way of our desires.
