Did you know that as a home Buyer, to hire a Real Estate agent your cost is… $0.00!?
I honestly just learned this recently.
Here's how it works...

“1. The Seller contracts with the Listing Agent. The Seller is paying to sell their home.
2. The Listing Agent’s agreement is with Buyer’s Agents. The Listing Agent is paying other REALTORS® to find a buyer for their client.
3. The Buyer's Agent contract essentially guarantees the relationship between the REALTOR® and the buyer. You are receiving all of these wonderful services that I provide for free!”

In short, the full commission will be paid to the listing/seller’s agent whether or not the buyer is represented by a REALTOR®.

Crazy right?! So why not work with an agent to take advantage of their resources and services!?

Hello everyone! I’m officially a Realtor for Equity Real Estate 🏡 Plenty of us have had a bad experience with all kinds of salesman/real estate agents who are either unskilled, leave you questioning your decision, or who just seem to only care about the transaction and not about the person and family they’re affecting. I’m hoping to help put a good name to this business. Teddy Roosevelt once said “Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care.” I’m not perfect but I do strive to do what’s right, to treat people right, and what I love most of all is giving someone an excellent experience that they can’t help but talk about.
