In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Come Holy Spirit. Lord, fill us up with your love.

We're just so grateful to be alive.

To be mostly healthy.

To feel safe.

To be loved.

We can all look around and see the ways that you have taken care of us. And the love that you have put in our lives.

Lord, we thank you for this incredible world that you've created, so beautiful.

Help us to take care of it. To take care of each other.

Let me look out. There's a lot of darkness in the world today. But we know that you are the light.

Help us to bring your light into the dark spaces.

Lord, we just thank you for the opportunity.

To take care of these homes and these children. Our husbands.

Help us to love more deeply.

And to live with more peace.

We ask this in Jesus's name. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

And it's because we are so precious to you that we ought to take care of ourselves.

You have given us a great treasure to steward and to take care of.

Help us to see that, that is worth the effort and the time.

Show us Lord that we are believing lies. And when we believe lies, that keeps us from you.

And so we don't exhibit the fruits of the holy spirit as much. We block your voice and your wisdom.

Show us that we can stop believing lies.

And with your truth we will find freedom, and peace.

We ask this in Jesus's name. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen..

Help us to think about the passion today.

The agony in the garden. The scourging at the pillar.

Crown of thorns. Carrying your cross Being nailed to the cross.

People casting lots for your clothes.

Spitting on you, insulting you.

Mocking you. King of the Jews.

All of this while your mother had to watch.

And then finally. Crucifying you.

Was just to sit with the enormity of that. That great sacrifice.

That you made in love for us?

Help us to contemplate that as we go through our daily activities, taking care of our family.

We can see that we have true freedom because of you because of what you did for us.

And we are grateful for that. Help us to honor you. By living the day well

All you Angels and Saints, please pray for us.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen

Lord Jesus. Hide us in your wounds. Until you're just anger has passed.

We know that we are sinners. And that you have every right to be angry at us to have that righteous anger.

But we also know, because of your passion, because of your great sacrifice.

That we can have your mercy.

And that your mercy is endless.

So we do not need to be scared to you. We only need to run to you.

Cling to your sacred heart to say, Lord, forgive us. Help us to start again.

And you always will.

Help us to show mercy to others.

To look upon other people with compassion and to know that they are also just sinners.

And that you live inside of them. They have a soul, but just like us, their flesh is weak.

It's hard to be a human. But with you. We can do it. With you. We have strength.

So help us to commit again, Lord.

Help us to go forth with the intention of sending no more. And to know that you are with us.

We ask this in Jesus's name. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen..

I want you to breathe deeply in, through your nose, out through your mouth. As I pray for us. I want you to stretch your body. And if you can touch some part of your skin, your face, your neck, your hands. Just to remind yourself that you love yourself. We know that you are good Lord. And the things that you have brought. Into our lives there for. Your glory.

They're part of our sainthood story.

Help us to feel your love in this moment, Lauren. To know that we are safe.

That you take care of us that we can trust you.

It's hard for us to do that. We've been hurt so much. It's hard for us to trust.

Help us to do that Lord to give you our whole heart.

And to hear you in this time.

I want you to take a deep breath.

What extra oxygen coming into your brain. I want you to keep breathing deeply as I pray for usIn the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Spirit. Amen.

Come Holy Spirit.

Help us not to be afraid.

That with you, we can do hard things. With you, we can do impossible things.

That you strengthen us.

We ask that you send down the holy spirit to give us the gift of fortitude today. Lord.

That we may face this topic with courage.

And we may, we may be willing to bring awareness. To the stress. In our own lives. Give us the courage Lord to see. The stress that you intend for us to have. Those challenges that we can face with conviction. St. Joan of arc energy.

Versus the stress that we carry that it's not for us.

That you did not intend for us to carry. It is not real right now.

Help us to be brave as we ask these questions, Lord.

Help us to shepherd the hearts of these children.

We love them so much, Lord.

Me and be so distracted by the day to day.

Or there. Completely normal kid behavior that drives us, as banana's

Help us to see you in them.

Help us to see. These incredible adults that they're going to become.

And our job is just to plant seeds. And to lead them. to you over and over again.

And to enjoy them.

Help us to remember to enjoy these kids today.

And help us to remember that it's hard to be a human. It's hard at age three and 13 and 23 and 63.

And that we are trying to make sense of it at the same time that they're trying to make sense of it. We can do that together.

Thank you for calling us to the vocation of motherhood.

I hope it to be part of our path to sainthood Lord. Help us to stay on the path.
