☀️🍷🚣‍♀️ Before we gather for our Brook & Bull Winemaker Dinner, join Ashley Trout for one of North Idaho’s favorite summer traditions—a float down the Pack River.

Spend the afternoon paddling alongside the owner and winemaker of Brook & Bull Cellars, enjoying beautiful scenery, great company, and conversations about wine, farming, and life in the Pacific Northwest. It’s a unique chance to get to know the person behind the wines before sitting down to enjoy them.

🍷 Then join us at Pack River Store for an evening of wine tasting, food, and storytelling with Ashley

Bring your kayak, paddleboard, or rent one from our friends at Sol Seeker. We can’t think of a better way to kick off a summer weekend.

Join us June 12th & 13th for a very special evening with Ashley Trout, winemaker and owner of Brook & Bull Cellars. While our wine dinners always feature thoughtfully selected wines, it’s not often we get to welcome the winemaker herself — making these two nights especially memorable.

Known for her elegant, minimal-intervention winemaking style, Ashley brings passion, storytelling, and serious talent to every bottle — perfectly paired with a seven-course chef-driven menu, including dessert.

This will be our final tasting menu until September as we pause for peak summer season, so seats are expected to fill quickly.

🥂 Mother’s Day Drink Special:
Chandon Garden Spritz — a bright, refreshing blend of sparkling wine and handcrafted orange bitters made with natural Valencia oranges, herbs, and spices. Lightly sweet, citrusy, and made for sipping in the sunshine.

Think: brunch plates, clinking glasses, kids running around, and Mom relaxing (finally).

Chef Alex just got back from New York City, where he finally checked a major one off his bucket list—dining at the iconic Le Bernardin. That experience lit a fire 🔥 and inspired this week’s tasting menu… and trust us, you can taste it in every course.

Think: pristine seafood, intentional technique, and layered flavors that build from the first bite to the last.

From Hama Hama oysters with paddlefish caviar… to uni custard with chili crunch… to halibut bathed in lobster butter… all the way to a rich, chocolate-forward finish—this is one of our most elevated menus yet.
