Belmont Village Senior Living San Ramon

Our luncheon outings have become more popular with the incredible variety of culinary favorites in the area. This month, we went to Esin Restaurant & Bar in Danville known for some of its Mediterranean selections and desserts, especially the lemon meringue pie!

We had a second outing to the exclusive “Speak Easy” room. This time we learned even more about the history of how wineries were established in California based on the needs of missions needing wine and we spent time talking about how wine played a role in our growing up years. We not only enjoyed premium wines and great pairings, but incredible connections with each other. 🍷

Birthdays are always a big deal at Belmont Village San Ramon. We take in the moment and remember the memories and years gone by!

Aging and trying new things is mind over matter, according to our instructor and Mark Twain. Dori elaborated and said to have fun, because if you don’t mind how your creative work turns out, does it really matter? Some residents hadn’t painted in years, or ever before, but there were plenty of smiles and a real sense of accomplishment and purpose as we listened to jazz music and relaxed.

We pulled out all the red, white and blue for our Memorial Day BBQ Country Western Theme with a great band with jokes , good eats, and some swinging and swaying to the music. Some folks also chose to walk or shuttle over to the San Ramon Art and Wind Festival. We are psyched for Summer 2026! 🎵🍉😎

Our residents once again got to be a part of San Ramon history with a beautiful ribbon cutting ceremony for Heritage Park which is a stone’s throw away from our community. Many have watched and reported back on this project since the day they moved in. Local dignitaries not only thanked the concept designers but the daily workers themselves saying this park is a community outreach to young and old but mostly the children of today and those to come. They said the park reflects San Ramon’s devotion to preserve the landscape of years ago while also adapting to the needs of the future. They also said ten percent of the ongoing housing and commercial projects will always be dedicated to open space!

As our community continues to grow, we’ve renewed our efforts to welcome new talent and team members to our Belmont Village family. We continue to focus on key areas including housekeeping, concierge services, dining, enrichment leaders for our Circle of Friends programs and more.

Many of us shared our personal experiences and spoke proudly about our company, which has repeatedly been recognized as a great place to live and work!

Residents say the lessons ‘spark new conversations and friendships,’ making each day brighter.

Belmont Village San Ramon enjoyed a fascinating beekeeping experience, learning how organized and essential bees are to preserving our environment. 🐝 This organization, Beewise, conducted an experiment, marking the bees they had and tracking their route to a nearby hive. Not surprisingly, they made a “beeline” or a direct route to where they were supposed to to be.

Beewise is promoting public places and communities of seniors to consider adding honey-making centers so more people can experience the beauty and importance of bee life.
