“I’ve been with Elex for about six months now. My goals with the company are to get my electrician’s license and to continue installing complex green energy systems. In the next five years, I see myself managing massive projects and coordinating with crew leads and management, while also developing a more in-depth understanding of electrical mathematics and project management.

New job site, same Elex energy. Our crew made the trip out to Clear Lake, California for a solar install we’ve been looking forward to — and from the moment the spools hit the grass, it was game on.
Panels, racking, and a whole lot of sunshine ahead. Our team brought the tools, the training, and the fall protection to get it done right. Safety first, craft always.
