When you feel inner disturbances. Be an explorer, witness it, let it pass through. Once you learn that’s ok to feel inner disturbances, and that they can no longer disturb your seat of consciousness, you will be free . Then you can walk in this world and the world will never touch you 💕

However, don’t forget doing that with good look and filter 😝🤳 ♥️

The more you are willing to just let the world be something you are aware of, the more it will let you be who you are — “. 💞

Starting the day with 30 min breakfast, I’ve always have this habit, I like to take sometime for myself in the morning, particularly with coffee, I feel at peace with myself.
Taking on this new journey is a challenge but I’m excited 🥰
I’m stepping into different world now , it won’t be just advice that give but also therapy😳now I really need this 30 min if not more 🙄😂 🌸

Ah... I’m officially back 😁 💕🍂

We are allow to open next Monday 9/14 🙏. Even though summer is coming close to end and we’re in the midst of changing world 🌍, I’ll still take this as something positive, one step closer to our normalcy with some adjustments.... I’m excited to see all the familiar faces ❤️, love and missed your so much.

Last year work. Feel like a decade just went by. At first, I was told that take two weeks to “ flatten the curve”, now it has been 5 months .... before I know we’re able to open, we are closing it again, now I’m told to able to do it on the street, the side walk. Nails and waxing ? And as I’m denied to go back to work or go anywhere for that matter, the virus is still increasing ???
