Egg Stand Update 🥚

Unfortunately, we were closed the other day due to the power line company working in the area.
I will not be open again until Wednesday this coming week, as I’ll be out of town. If you’re in desperate need of eggs, I may be able to work something out for Saturday. Just shoot me a message!

Right now, a lot of my hens are broody (trying to hatch eggs), so production is a little lower than usual. I’ll keep putting out as many as I can!

We’ve put out 7 dozen fresh eggs today 🥚 and also have wax melters (testers) available for $1!
I’d truly love your feedback on the scents, what you like, what you don’t, or anything you’d want to see more of in the future. It really helps me decide what to keep stocked!

Just a quick egg PSA! 🥚

Sometimes eggs can develop very small, hard-to-see cracks during handling (even just normal collecting, washing, or transporting). Even tiny cracks can allow air or bacteria in, which can cause an egg to go bad faster than usual.

This is something that can happen anywhere eggs are handled, and most of the time they’re still perfectly fine. Though, it’s always good to be aware!

Side note: these eggs are washed, so please make sure to keep them refrigerated until you’re ready to use them.

Also… I do have one pesky chicken who thinks she’s an egg inspector and likes to peck at them 🙃 so I try to catch everything, but she keeps me on my toes.
