Bod-Construct is a meal prep service that helps build a better you! We cater to multiple diets including paleo, weight watchers, and counting macros aka. Each meal is customizable and includes a healthy protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable. We are based out of Watsonville, CA and deliver to surrounding areas including Santa Cruz County, San Jose, Salinas, Morgan Hill, Gilroy. We do free meal delivery with a minimum purchase of 9 meals.
