Eastwood Gallery specializes in Stickley furniture and accessories of the American Arts & Crafts Movement (1890 - 1920 ). Our antique inventory is focused on the leading manufacturers of the period and includes Gustav Stickley furniture, L. & J.G. Stickley, Stickley Brothers, Limbert, Roycroft, Rookwood pottery, Weller, Teco and Roseville pottery to name but a few. We are also particularly interes

Just picked up some great pieces that were brought back to life with new upholstery. They all turned out fantastic are currently in the gallery.

Hopefully everyone’s ready for this year’s 23rd Annual Twin Cities Arts and Crafts / 20th Century Design Sale. We have several new dealers showcasing this year along with our stellar line-up of returning exhibitors. It should be one of our best shows yet, so please mark your calendar!! September 23 and 24. A complete dealer list and additional information is on our website: tc20design.com or eastwoodgallery.com. We’ll be posting more updates as the show draws closer.

Just brought into the gallery a nice signed Lifetime dining set. 54” table with 5 leaves and 6 chairs. Ready to go!

We don’t sell too many contemporary pieces, but these are pretty cool. Mackintosh style chairs by Bernhardt. Selling as a pair.

Just in: a nice set of 6 vintage Herman Miller DCM’s. Very good condition and ready to go.

Stickley Brothers two-door bookcase in nice original condition.

Just in the gallery. We always love having these in the shop. A nice vintage Herman Miller lounge chair and ottoman in brown leather and rosewood shell. Dates to 1964-1978. Very good used condition. Also a 2005 production LCW in very good condition.

Just picked up this great pair of 1950’s Norman Bel Geddes for Simmons Furniture metal 3-drawer dressers. Great original paint. Wear associated with age. Sold individually for $300 or $550 for the pair. Dimensions 33 3/4” wide x 19 1/4” deep x 341/2” tall.

A nice selection of large pottery planters. Most are Gainey.

Stickley Brothers drop arm cube chair with newly upholstered leather now in the gallery.

A nice Handel floor lamp with an amazing Steuben shade.

A nice Stickley Brothers sideboard in the gallery.

A great weekend of new pick-ups. Arne Jacobsen swan settee, Zevi Italian rocking chair and footstool, Marshall Studios Lamp, Rookwood and North Dakota School of Mines vase.

A little road trip last week to pick up a nice selection of mission furniture. Included in the load is a nice Stickley Brothers cube rocker, a few stacking bookcases, a couple nice bookcases and more.

A few exceptional pieces of Minnesota art currently available in the gallery. C C Rosenkrantz and Carl Rawson. These are both great examples of each artist’s work. We are happy to offer them.

Anderson Art Metal just dropped off this handmade copper and enameled picture frame for a customer. The workmanship and attention to detail is why he is one of the best coppersmiths in the country working in the Arts and Crafts style.

A couple cool chair pick-ups over the last holiday weekend. A great set of 4 Hans Wegner CH33 dining chairs with original upholstered seats. Also an upholstered club chair attributed to Gilbert Rhode. The chair is straight out of the Art Deco period.

Just picked up this sofa from the upholsterer. It turned out amazing! Had an original Dayton’s label on it, so we know it is a quality sofa.

On this cold and rainy day in Minnesota what’s better than watching a movie in that classic chair? We have some great seating options in the gallery right now. From mission to modern, we are your one stop shop for great vintage design furniture and accessories.

Haven’t posted in awhile. Things have been a little crazy. A lot of you already know, but in February while down in Asheville for the Annual Arts and Crafts Conference at the Grove Park Inn, our trailer full of mission furniture was stolen outside our hotel. We lost over 30 pieces of antique mission furniture, mostly Stickley, Limbert and other unique pieces. Nothing has turned up and doubtful anything will. So it didn’t make for a very good show with only a handful of furniture pieces we still had in our van. Thanks to everyone, both dealers and customers for their support and words of encouragement. We’ve been doing this for 22 years, so we’re just moving forward. With that said, we’re back at the shop, working hard to bring in new inventory every day. Happy to offer the pictured photos along with other things in the gallery. We’ll be posting more photos soon.

Here’s the early Saarinen womb chair that we currently in the gallery, as mentioned earlier today by . We appreciate the mention. Reupholstered in great contrasting colors. We specialize in furnishings from mission to modern. Opened in 2001 and proud to be serving the twin cities for the last 22 years. Come check us out.

As the year draws to end, we wanted to thank all of our customers this year for your support and business. We are blessed to do what we love for the last 21 years. As my business partner said a long time ago “we are just caretakers for these items”. We have placed some amazing pieces in homes across the country. Here’s looking forward to a great 2023. A peek at a teak sideboard that we just brought into the gallery. Also, we always have a great selection of studio pottery with an emphasis on the work of Warren Mackenzie.

On this snowy day in Minnesota, I decided to post some interior gallery photos. We have some really great things currently in inventory. Please let us know if you need any information on the items pictured.

Sold two pairs of chairs yesterday and brought two more pairs into the shop. First is a pair of Arne Vodder rosewood chairs with the most amazing floral fabric. The second pair of chairs are post-modern made by Drexel with a matching footstool.

Recently in the gallery is a nice contemporary Stickley trapezoidal china cabinet. Not a form we see very often. $1950.

Some new Arts and Crafts items in the gallery. A Peterson wood lamp, a Roycroft Little Journeys stand, a Gustav Stickley v-back chair with original leather and a nice mission lift-top bench with cut-outs.

Some fun pieces in the gallery now. Pair of newly upholstered mid century chairs, unique brutalist 3-piece console with enameled inserts, Saarinen womb chair, Lennart Bender sideboard and a nice two piece Danish cabinet.

A fun weekend visiting family and filling the van with some nice mission furniture.
