This week, we had the opportunity to update this beautiful dining room set and desk so it could match their beautiful brand new home. Thanks Kristie and David Luebbe for entrusting me with this project. Your new home is simply stunning and now your treasured furniture fits in perfectly 🤩

This week, I had the honor of updating these 50-year old cabinets for a good friend. Even though they were not solid wood, I was able to give them a Brand New look. These will now be showing off their merchandise in the new recreation club facility called “Fruit Cove Recreation Club” in the Julington Creek area. Once all the hardware has been cleaned and painted, I will add more pictures.

Another wonderful Neighbor Alan Caldwell asked me to update their very loved 100 year old kitchen table😳 And their guest bathroom. I filled in all the lines on the table top and sanded the whole top.
It looks beautiful and new. Hopefully it will be used for another 100 years 😎.

I love it when my neighbors trust me with their home projects and believe in my recommendations. This guest bathroom looked perfectly fine before but now it has pop of color adding character and style to the space.

We also had the pleasure of updating 2 other pieces for Liz Lopez. Although these pieces were very pretty to begin with, they needed to be updated to her current color scheme. Thanks again to Liz and Eddy for entrusting me with this task.

To say I am Blessed is an understatement. I get to do something I absolutely love yet call it work 😎.

This past week I had the pleasure and honor to work on this amazing kitchen. The cabinets had some awesome detail roping but you really couldn’t appreciate it before because everything was all one dark color.
Now, everything looks so bright and beautiful and the antique gel on the roping and details really accentuates the cabinets. They are getting stainless steel appliances, can’t wait to see it finished!

Thanks to Karen and Bryan Putzke for entrusting me again to do this update in your home. Having repeat clients is the greatest compliment I can receive.
Bonus was seeing their horses daily 😍

Another project for the books. These 2 tables had a great life with kids before but now it’s ready for a more grown up atmosphere and ready for their new home.

This latest project was a true labor of love (and determination). This ottoman was in very sad shape on the outside but I knew it had so much life left.
It’s been refurbished and the top has been reupholstered with new leather. I painted all in a beautiful neutral dark gray and painted the legs in a grayish white.
It is a beautiful solid piece of furniture with awesome storage and can be used as an ottoman and/or table

Here’s another beautiful transformation I did for my clients Maryanne and Thomas Perrone. It was painted to match the bar I did for them a few weeks ago.

I absolutely Love doing work for my repeat clients because they totally trust my work. I had painted their bedroom suite last year and now they wanted me to paint a white dresser they purchased to match their set. I think it looks like a great match!

My work took me to new ‘heights’
This week 🤪.
Although the chandelier was already beautiful, it was the only dark piece in this room and needed to be brighter. Just applied White Wash antiquing gel, changed lightbulbs from ‘warm’ to ‘daylight’ and voilà! The dining room is so bright now and I absolutely love it!

I love it when I get to do work for my neighbors! A big Thannks to Maryanne for entrusting me with this wonderful piece of furniture and allowing me to use my creativity to truly show off its potential.

This week, we had the opportunity to give a much needed facelift to this very tired looking fireplace and now it looks brand new 🤩

I forgot to take the ‘before’ pictures but they were an orange oak color and the tops were very damaged. Completely sanded down to bare wood, repaired some dents and replaced the handles.
Then painted everything white and added the driftwood look on top.

It’s been a very busy week In Both my work life and personal life. This week, my first grand baby was born and we are over the moon🥰.
As for work, I had the pleasure of updating a Thomasville China cabinet, buffet/bar server (Colosseum) and a bedroom set (Bone)

I had the opportunity to update this office furniture and some side tables for my client. I couldn’t get good Before pictures but there were some scratches and dents on the tops. A little sanding, some paint and a little creative love and they all look new!🤩

I absolutely love it when a previous customer calls wanting something else done😍. That is the best compliment I could ever ask for. Shout out to Gina and Errol Polite for entrusting me again with their beautiful furniture.
Although the desk was beautiful to begin with, the color was too dark for this office so I gave it a beautifully bright makeover and then added a darker antiquing gel to the desk and wall cabinets.

These bathroom vanities were pickled oak and awesome 20 years ago but they were due for a makeover. The guest bathroom (single) also had the Formica tops updated to a marble look by using only paint 😍

When we bought our bedroom suite 4 years ago, the dresser with the same top as nightstands wasn’t available so we just got the plain one. Always had our tv on top so it didn’t matter but now the tv is on the wall so I painted it to match the nightstands. I think it’s pretty close! 🤪😎. Love it!!!

Did some refreshing over the weekend to brighten up a few metal Knick knacks to brighten up our patio. (I know!, I have a painting addiction) 🤪

This rocking chair had seen better days but still had lots of life left in it. I completely sanded this to bare wood, painted it, added light woodgraining. Then protected it with 3 coats of water sealer and voila’. A beautiful transformation 😍

Had his chair for @4 years and couldn’t get the stain to come off. I tried everything but no luck……. So, I painted it instead and it looks beautiful 😍

I had the pleasure of giving this beautiful bedroom suite a bright and airy makeover. When I saw it, I knew exactly how it should be painted. The beautiful wood carvings are so stunning and needed to be highlighted. I also worked on some smaller tables.
Honestly, these pictures don’t do it justice because we had poor lighting.

So, I’m finally able to post pictures of my latest project. This child rocking chair was refurbished and custom painted for my granddaughter who should be arriving in August. I also sewed the little cushion pillows. It was definitely a labor of love and I can’t wait to see her using it.

I got these back in December from our amenity center because they purchased new ones. They were in great shape except for the faded centers and I figured I would paint them. So here they are looking pretty good considering I only paid $5 each.

It’s amazing what some paint will do.

Another little update for one of my favorite clients. Brought this great floor lamp from drab to fab 😎😍🤩. Thank you Tomasita for believing in my creative ideas.
