Today we're excited to announce a new endowed scholarship in honor of Dr. John C. Lawrenz, the fourth president of MLS, who served from 1978 to 1993. Donors to the MLS Foundation established this scholarship in 2024 to support students pursuing ministry studies at the college level. The scholarship will be awarded to a graduating MLS student who demonstrates a passion for people through qualities like innovation, initiative, creativity, and leadership.
