Iβve never struggled with anxiety until after my child (children) died. π€
People often ask me why do I have anxiety. I try and explain to them in the nicest way possible, that iβve lost two children, my heart has been ripped from my chest, and my world destroyed.
I struggle with keeping my anxiety at a manageable level on a daily. I havenβt given up on myself. Healing takes time, and Iβm a definitely still a work in progress. β€οΈβπ©Ή
