Ammulus First Choice

Easy Pasta Recipe by Ammulus FirstChoice.
PREPARATION:
1. Take a Pan and add one glass of water, bring it to a boil
2. Add 1 tsp of oil
3. Add 1 tsp salt and give it a mix
4. Add ! cup Penne Pasta and cook for about 6-8 mins
5. Heat a Pan and add chopped garlic saute for a minute
6. Add chopped carrots, capsicum, green peas and stir fry on high heat for a minute
7. Add 1 tbsp of butter in the same pan
8. Then add 2 tbsp Maida/ All purpose flour
9.Add 2 cups of milk gradually keep mixing cook sauce properly on medium heat
10. Add 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste
11. Add stir fried veggies to the sauce keep mixing and add pasta to the mix
12. cook for about 3 mins and paste is now ready to serve :)
