Cooked up a cosy, comfort meal for this

for this cold weather:

2 chicken thighs (roasted and chopped)
1/2 white onion
4 celery stalks
2 carrots
4 cloves of roasted garlic (+ or - your taste)
8 chopped asparagus
6 stalks of thyme
5 cups chicken broth
3 cups H2O
Salt, white pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon pepper, lemon juice (to taste)

Sauté onion, garlic, asparagus, celery, & carrots.
Once veg is softened, add chicken, broth, & H2O.
Simmer for aprox an hour.
Add matzo & enjoy!

Matzo balls:
Matzo mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
Boiling pot of water

Mix eggs & oil together
Add mix
Chill for 15 min
Roll into balls and boil for 20 min.
Add to soup & enjoy!

1 1/2 cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp peanut butter
Preheat oven 400°
Mix together
Spoon on parchment paper
Bake for 30 minutes
Top with finishing salt

The is braised to perfection. The lumpia is par-fried, ready to air fry to order. Musubis are assembled and ready to eat. Excited to feed some fun loving people. Red onion
Picked daikon & carrot
Lime

Woke up early to before it got too warm. 🍑
:
9 peaches peeled and sliced
1/2 cup of suger
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 Tablespoon of cinnamon
2 Teaspoon of nutmeg
1 Teaspoon of allspice
1 Teaspoon of salt
Few slices of butter on the bottom of the pan
1 can of biscuits separated and spread out on the top
Top biscuits with honey, cinnamon butter
Bake 350° for 45 min
Top with finishing salt
