Understanding that first impressions are important, the client wanted an impactful entry and lobby for customers while not forgetting to create a workplace for the staff that they are proud of and enjoy coming to.

Happy ! This Volvo XC90 is looking fresh with a full wrap of vinyl in the Supergloss Metallic Liquid Chrome Silver.

When a company rebrands, updating vehicle graphics is a must. Intrastate is now simply known as ISC (Intrastate Service Company), so for their newest vehicles, we highlighted the new name and logo and used bold colors throughout for maximum visibililty.

Recently, our amazing install team completed a total overhaul of the exterior directional signage at Klöckner Pentaplast's plant in Gordonsville. Take a look at how they made it happen and some of the before and after shots. What a difference!

"I absolutely loved moving to this new shop and having the freedom to start from scratch and organize every single item we use. There are so many bells and whistles throughout the building and I enjoy every one of them."

We're all about some good school spirit, so we took to adding a little spice to the gym at The Covenant School, Charlottesville, VA. Go Eagles!

Our team had the amazing opportunity to play a small role of a much larger project by Charlottesville - Albemarle Rescue Squad. They recently retired Unit 143 from service here in C'ville, and alongside the Charlottesville-Winneba Foundation, the vehicle left yesterday for the port of Baltimore to be loaded up and shipped overseas. It is set to serve another long and meaningful life over 5000 miles away at a trauma hospital in Winneba, Ghana.
Over a decade ago, we first outfitted this unit with its orange and yellow striping design, as well as numerous CARS logos and lettering. Now we've come full circle and were able to remove and replace those decals with fresh ones specifically designed for this ambulance's new home in Ghana. We're grateful to have had the chance to assist with such a great project, and we can't wait to hear the stories from this unit's new station in Winneba.
Working with Matheny Fire & Emergency, this new Attack unit for Broadway Fire Dept. was outfitted with its sharp striping, lettering, and rear chevron colors. Happy !

Last week, Mr. Zac "Attack" Morris took his Performance Signs stock car to Akron, Ohio to compete in the International Soap Box Derby 2023 World Championship race. Zac represented as our local stock Champion this year from the Piedmont Area Soap Box Derby.
We're super proud of Zac to have advanced to second rounds both days of trials!

Whether it's a NEW HOME or a GRAND OPENING, these custom made feather flags bring attention to any location. Standing 10' tall, they're a great way to advertise for the day or for an extended period of time.

Did you spot this in our TikTok last week? This trailer for Buckingham County Department of Emergency Services headed home yesterday. With some new striping and SignGold lettering, of course.

A couple new trucks headed out last week and the week before, with an updated lettering and striping style. We always enjoy working with the crew at County of Orange Fire & EMS.

"By being comfortable in my space, clients get the best of me and my attention to details. I love each part of my space and how it helps me find new ways to create in order to serve our clients."
We're continuing our Employee Spotlight blog series by highlighting Molly, graphic designer and production assistant. Hop on over to our website to read more.
Employee Spotlight: Molly | Performance Signs When Molly was 10 years old she started saving birthday and allowance money to purchase her own iPad. Determined to create graphics and art on her own, Molly’s stylus upgraded to an Apple Pen over the years as she dreamed of finding work to support her talent. Fast forward to today and that same M...

We hope everyone has a safe and happy Fourth of July!
Our shop will be closed Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th.
Today's is brought to you by RMC Events and their newest piece of equipment. This trailer presented a logistical challenge due to its unusually tall height, but we brought it together with clever design and printing methods.

Take a little behind the scenes look into our production space. Now that we're unpacked, we've been working hard to personalize our new shop, including adding logos, branding, and other artwork to our walls.
A little different for this week. S&N Communications, Inc. wanted to throw a little red, white, and blue spin on their Ditch Witch. I think we hit our mark. Watch out for this one in some of the upcoming Fourth of July parades!

Double Tahoe striping project for Greene County, Va. Sheriff's Office.
TGIF... Thank goodness it's ! This Friday (actually last rainy Friday) is a full truck wrap. Both the box and the cab got a layer of 3M's Gloss Black with Gloss White logos overlaid for maximum contrast.

We had the unique opportunity to place lettering on these massive 30,000 gallon propane tanks in both Orange and Louisa last week. With Evergro logos that are almost 20' long, you can imagine the size of these holding tanks.

Anyone want to take a guess at the original color of this 2003 Corvette?
Now it's looking like a beautiful dark metallic burgundy, also known as Vvivid Vinyl's Gloss Demon Black.

: Custom Garages of Virginia's newest fully wrapped truck hits the streets. Designed just like the other trucks in the fleet, but with new photos to showcase some of their amazing new projects.

A few weeks ago, we celebrated the finish of our highway team’s largest project to date – VDOT Project G94.
Working through the counties of Alleghany, Bath, Clark, Frederick, Page, Rockbridge, Rockingham, Shenandoah, and Warren, our team spent over 8 months installing signage in a total of 879 separate locations.
Just how HUGE was this huge project, you ask? Well, this project consisted of 8,708 linear feet of steel posts (that’s over a mile and half!), and 7,230 square feet of signs. So, pretty huge.
To say we’re proud of this team is an understatement. They put in months of work to complete this project precisely, efficiently, and most importantly, safely.
Another to wrap up the week! And a better view of Unit 143 of the Charlottesville - Albemarle Rescue Squad.
Vehicle graphic designs evolve over time. Take for instance this swap for Charlottesville - Albemarle Rescue Squad. Over the past two decades, the need for increased visibility has led to brighter colors and a higher concentration of reflective graphics.
We have enjoyed watching the growth and continued community support that CARS has given over the years. So thank you for over 20 amazing years, and here's to the next 20!
A very special video today, as we celebrate International Firefighter's Day! We're honered to work with the fine men and women from many of our surrounding fire agencies, including Re*****on Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department.

"Even though it seems like we’re more spread out here we’re actually more connected and able to work together in ways we hadn’t been before."
