Memorial Day "Murph" Workout:
1-mile run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 air squats
1-mile run

***With or without 20-40lb weight vest or body armor***

I would suggest breaking it up into something like this:
4 sets (5/10/25)
4 sets (5/10/20)
4 sets (5/10/15)
4 sets (5/10/10)
4 sets (5/10/5)

Skipping is an underestimated exercise. Superior cardio training, glutes, calves, and overall leg toning..... Don't believe me, go skip for 1/2 a mile!

Anyone that is looking for a challenging WARM UP, here ya go!

20 minutes, as many sets as you can (as little rest as possible):
15 Full Squats
10 Push Ups
5 Pull Ups....Repeat till time is up!
