Happy to announce the salon will be re opening this Friday May 8th! There are some new guidelines that I have emailed out to current clients.
Just in time for Mother's Day!

As most of you know already, salon remains closed as of now. With a possibility of reopening May 18th. once Gov. Abbott makes his next announcement.

Today Abbott will make an announcement at 2:30 on when I can re open the salon. I'm positive there will be new mandatory guidelines from TDLR and CDC at which I will follow.
Once he makes his announcement I will update you all with the re open date and new guidelines.

I miss all my work family and clients! Hope you all are staying safe and healthy while we are on this quarantine. There's not a day that goes by that i dont think about each and everyone of you!
Hope you all are enjoying this time with family/loved ones while you can. This will all be over and back to normal soon! 🙏

With the announcement made yesterday the salon will remain closed until May 1st. I apologize for any inconvenience.
I will be drastically discounting full sets for existing clients ( you will need one by the time we re open). If you have an appointment with me before may 1st please reschedule either by my online scheduling or you can contact me. I will be increasing my hours of operation as well to try and accommodate you all. If you dont see a time available text me and I'll fit you in either before or after hours.
Hang in there my beauties, this will all be over soon.
In the mean time try and enjoy this extra time with your family! They are the ones that matter. 😘

It saddens me to say as of 11:59pm today the salon will be closed until April 13th, unless extended by the state/county. I'll keep you all in my prayers and keep you updated on this. Stay safe and love you all!

Okay ladies this is a good example of what products can do to extensions. You MUST clean your lashes daily!
I hear so often " I dont wear make up ( or little make up ) so I don't need/want to clean them.
Or I'm afraid to get them wet because I dont want them to fall off.
Not cleaning them will cause loss or worse lash mites...🤢
It's not just products that will collect on your lash line and extensions its dirt oil and debris. The whole purpose of our brows and lashes is to block dirt and oil from getting into out eyes.
When you have extensions on they are longer and thicker to collect more gunk. Cant stress enough.
CLEAN YOUR LASHES DAILY!
Your just wasting your money and time if you don't. Okay rant over.

NOT MY WORK! This is a good example of doing research before going to someone new. My poor client needed in while she was out of town and went to whoever had time to fit her in that day.
The pictures should say it all but for those of you that dont know.
1. Way too much adhesive
2. No separation so most lashes were stuck together.
I could go on forever on how many things are wrong but those are the most important.
If you feel pulling or pinching they are stuck and and cause damage to your natural lash.
If you notice in 1 on the pics she has a gap in her natural lashes where they were pulled out.
We are hoping after some lash rehab she won't have permanent lash damage.
She told me when she came in she was afraid I was going to be mad at her. NEVER am I mad at a client for going somewhere else but i was really upset that this lash tech did this to her.
I educated her on how to do her research on someone when shes out of town.
It is our job as lash techs to go through all the correct steps so that our clients can have healthy lashes.
