I love getting inspo from my customers. One of my regular customers @pearlfarmersmarket bought a package of my Zesty Cajun Linguine. She said it was her go to flavor, so of course I had to ask what she made with it and she told me 15 Minute Cajun Hot Honey Butter Shrimp by @halfbakedharvest. Miso hungry!😜 I made a miso glazed salmon and topped it on our Szechuan Orange Spice Linguine. I was vegetarian for a year and 1/2 and recently started eating fish again because I needed more nutrients in my diet. Let me tell you this is one of my absolute favorite recipes it was beyond delicious. I’m on an Asian kick right now and my SOS linguine is my favorite flavor!🍊🍝
Ingredients
2 8 ounce skinless salmon filets
3 Tablespoons white miso paste
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Sake
Green onions for garnish
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes🐟

INGREDIENTS
for 1 serving
6 oz skinless salmon
7 oz asparagus
olive oil, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 egg
PARMESAN CRUST
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
salt, to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
In a medium bowl, mix the parmesan crust ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk egg. Dredge the salmon in the egg, then parmesan.
Lay the salmon on a baking sheet. Lay asparagus beside the salmon. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.

I totally winged it and made one of the most delicious pasta dishes I’ve ever made. I snagged a butternut squash from @braunefarms and really committed and roasted it and tossed it with my Garlic & Black Pepper Fettuccine. I also fried some fresh Sage in butter to put on top. Y’all it was soooooo good!! See below for butternut squash recipe.🧈🌱🧄🍝
1 large butternut squash
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
Peel squash and cut in half and dig out seeds. Chop it up into small squares. Toss in olive oil and spices. Spread on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.🤤

1 package Garlic & Black Pepper Fusilli or Shells
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup Gouda cheese
1 oz parmigiano reggiano
Crumbled Blue Cheese as needed
1 cup Frank’s Red Hot wing sauce
1 1/4 half and half
2 Tablespoons flour🤤

Recipe:
PIZZA PASTA BAKE
Blend 1 lb of San Marzano peeled tomatoes with 5 leaves of basil, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Dice1/2 lb of fresh regular/smoked mozzarella up and put in a colander to drain the excess of water.
Cook the Shells in rapid boiling salted water (8 minutes). Mix pasta with sauce and lay on a capable casserole dish.
Add diced mozzarella and 8 slices of pepperoni and bake at 380F for 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve.🤤

Garlic & Black Pepper Shells swimming in Vodka Sauce!🏊♀️🍝
VODKA SAUCE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 12 oz package Garlic Black Pepper Shells
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium shallots or 1/2 onion diced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more, to taste
1/4 cup vodka
1 (14.5 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup basil leaves
DIRECTIONS:
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; reserve 1 cup water and drain well.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium low heat. Add garlic and shallots, and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste and red pepper flakes until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Working carefully, stir in vodka, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Stir in crush tomatoes and sugar. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced and thickened, about 10 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Stir in pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve immediately, garnished with basil, if desired.😋
