A profunda artery perforator (PAP) flap breast reconstruction uses no implant. A PAP flap is a thigh-lift flap that takes no muscle (only fat) and has a well-hidden scar in the groin area. While breast implants are not permanent devices that ultimately need to be replaced, your own healthy, living tissue used to create a new breast does not ever need to be replaced. A PAP flap breast reconstruction may be a good option for women who don’t have enough excess belly fat for a DIEP flap reconstruction.

Soooo, I’ve been a busy🐝 I had the extreme pleasure of training with to learn or 🤓This is different than hand tool Microblading because I will use a tattoo machine to create the hair strokes, which heals better in the skin and gives greater retention. It provides hyper realism by actually looking like real hairs and staying that way. Will there be touchups?
