Herb's Workshop

Another great weekend at Herb's Woodshop. Just finished this beautiful cedar bench. The wood was reclaimed from a pergola that we replaced a few years ago. Made with no screws, bolts or brackets, just old school woodworking.
Dimensions are 50" long x 18" high x 12" deep.
It also has recessed feet that can be adjusted as needed
stained and finished with Danish oil.
This legacy bench was built to last a lifetime.

3x5" nativity scene but on his new laser engraving machine.
very cool for a first project.
gonna make this larger but I have to figure out the word problem first

Been a great year leaning how to work with epoxy. I spent the day finishing these two lamps that have been on the shelf curing.
The wood is burl maple with tinted epoxy.
The base is mahogany with maple.
There are USB powered LED lights in the base of each lamp.
My daughters claimed both.
Next year lasers and laser engraving. Should be great
