Happy Foodie Friday! Food is amazing! It can hurt you or help you! Here are some of the amazing foods and how they can help you! It may be time to think more about what you eat.


Self-Care is so incredibly important and so many of us put others before ourselves and then there is nothing left for us. It is time to put yourself and your health first and by doing that you will have more energy and time for EVERYONE else.
Just like on a plane, give yourself the oxygen first!

Foodie Friday! What are some of your favorite healthy foods? Many people think healthy foods mean boring foods, do you agree? One of my favorite snacks is apples with hummus. Great source of fiber and protein and filling too!


Introducing Work it Wednesday!
Every Wednesday we will talk about fitness and techniques to different exercises. We need to get started by walking. It is recommended that you walk for at least 30 minutes a day most days of the week for optimal health. So take a walk, by yourself and with a friend or two. If you are new to exercise start off slow and for just a few minutes and as you get stronger add a little more time or distance. There are so many benefits to walking physically but also it is a mood booster!
