Database input, billing, filing, managing e-mails
Professionally answering phones/directing calls/emails
Contacting clients and vendors about our services and scheduling site visits and appointments
Maintaining and updating office filing system
Providing general administrative support/other tasks as assigned
Pay: $18 - $22.00 per hour
