These were a gift for the new parents at the hospital. I guess babies are notorious for arriving on their own schedule, so we had to stay flexible with timing on these! Thankfully, it all worked out perfectly. Congratulations to the new parents! 🤍

🍃 A little wild one is on the way! 🤎 Mom’s favorite are elephants and dad’s favorite are sloths, so we obviously had to incorporate both!

Those credentials though! 👏🤩 Kaelen’s sweet friends got her cookies to celebrate her graduation! She is officially a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)! What important and impressive roles to take on!

I was going to make a separate post, but since we’re on the topic of cows—Custom Cookies by Erin are now made with Irish butter from grass-fed cows!

You all know I’m always looking for ways to make my cookies and presentation even better. I decided to try Irish butter on a whim, not thinking it’d do much, but ohmygosh.. The flavor? Deep and rich. The texture? Melt-in-your-mouth perfection.

This is the beauty of supporting a small business. We don’t take short cuts, we don’t cut corners. There is constant tweaking, testing, and improving because the quality of what we offer is personal.

GOOD NEWS—I HAVE FULL WEEKEND AVAILABILITY AGAIN! If you’ve checked out my online shop in the last few months, you may have noticed that I had very limited openings. My work schedule changed and it took me some time to figure out if I could still fulfill orders for Friday and Saturday pick up or delivery.

I’m happy to say my Friday-Sunday schedule is back open! I look forward to your orders!
