This property originally had a blue wooden picket fence in front of a yellow house. After decades of wear, a bump with a visitors car, rotting wood, and posts that were never concreted in, it was time for a major upgrade.

Now the yellow house pops beautifully against a brand new cedar fence. We secured every post with concrete and used durable hardware built to last for decades. The original handmade gate, which has been with the home since it was built, was kept just as the customer requested. Hi, I’m Vic Ferrer.

I’m 28 years old, married to my best friend Klyn, and together we’ve spent the last 10 years growing, learning, and building a life we’re proud of. We’ve been married for four of those years, and we’ve planted roots right here in Douglas County as we work toward the future we dream about.

By day, I’m a full-time truck driver supervisor. But just because I have a leadership title doesn’t mean I sit on the sidelines. I’m right there in the middle of the work, solving problems, hauling loads, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Before this role, I worked as a farm hand, so putting in the time, sweating through the tough days, and doing physical work is something I’ve always respected. It’s part of who I am.

I started Ferrer Transportation and Development because I believe in honest work. I believe in doing a job the way I would want it done on my own land. That means showing up, doing it right the first time, and never cutting corners. Whether I’m digging trenches, hauling materials, clearing brush, or preparing land, I put pride into every detail.

I hold a CDL with double and triple endorsements, and I’ve learned a lot by being willing to step into unfamiliar situations and figure things out. I don’t pretend to know everything, but I’m not afraid to learn, and I always give my best.

Sometimes, my wife joins me on jobs. Not just to lend a hand, but because this is a team effort. We’re not just a couple, we’re partners. She believes in this dream as much as I do, and when we work together, it reminds me that everything we’re building isn’t just for today. It’s for the life we’re creating together, and for the family we hope to grow one day.

At the end of the day, this business is about more than work. It’s about people. It’s about showing up with integrity, respecting others, and leaving something better behind. I take every job seriously, because I know how much your property means to you.
