•O• is for optimistic. Dana is one of the most optimistic, glass-half-full, positive, genuine people we know. O also stands for optical illusion... and in case any of you were wondering...yes, she’s real! 🤩🙌🏼

Aster flowers offer a variety of petal hues, including blue, purple, pink and white—all usually surrounding yellow centers. This perennial native boasts an easy-care personality that makes growing aster plants a snap.
Many seasonal divas in the perennial garden can be tricky to tend—not so of the native asters. This group of bloomers infuses low-maintenance beauty into scenery. Asters have good winter hardiness, reliably surviving winters in Zones 4 to 8. As with most perennials, winter survival hinges on having aster plants in the right type of soil.

Meet the Knockout Rose! 🌹

These colorful beauties have the most flower power of any shrub on the market. More than other roses. More than hydrangeas. More than anything else. No other flowering shrub blooms as long or as often! With so many great colors to choose from, you’ll want to add these easy-to-grow roses to your garden for blooms year after year.

These are easy to grow and don't require special care. Plant them individually among shrubs, annuals and perennials in mixed beds and borders. Plant them in large groups to create a colorful hedge or along a foundation to provide a bright border.

Although technically perennials, pansies are often treated as annuals or biennials. They will look beautiful in both garden beds and containers, adding a burst of colour to the landscape. Be sure to plant flowers at least 6 inches apart in fertile, moist soil to allow for proper ventilation. Mulching will help keep the soil moist. Pansies prefer full to partial sun. They should be watered about once or twice a week and should be fertilized once a month. As well, don’t forget to remove dead blooms to encourage new growth.

There are no words to accurately describe the excitement we feel today!
