Floyd Fit
Floyd Fit is a comprehensive 12-week wellness challenge focusing on making improvements in total wellness.
Participants in the challenge will work with a personal trainer once a week, as well as with a team nutritionist and behavior modification specialist. Teams will work to achieve the ultimate goal of a healthy lifestyle by not only improving fitness but also learning about nutrition, positive mental health, relaxation methods and improving overall energy levels.
