A little Sunday Funday smoking. Marinated Flank Steak, Beef Ribs, Cheerwine Chicken and Royal Red Shrimp. All smoked on the BGE, except the shrimp, which was steamed in a lodge cast iron pot on the Blackstone.

The finished product. Bacon Philly Ghee Steak. The best part is, not only is it low in fat and calories, it’s full of flava!
