First, THANK YOU to all our new and regular customers of DivisionWon!
As we said in the last post, the lead time on some of our products is getting a little longer, but we're doing what we can to keep that to a minimum. Also, our supplies are not only hard to get, but when we can get them the cost on them has increased drastically. Our costs, due to supply chain issues that most are still blaming on COVID-19, have continued to spike upwards. And not just a little bit. One of the materials we used has just announced a 42% increase.
If you've ever been involved in business, you know that 42% is WAY higher than our markup!
So, what we're saying is the sign or banner that cost you X$ last time may cost X+40% next time. Just wanted to let you know that if you're shocked by the price, so are we!
We're doing our best to keep pricing as low as possible. And IF our costs go back down, so will our prices that you pay. We certainly aren't going to take advantage of these increases to pad our income in the future. We'll always strive to be fair and honest in our prices and products, and we hope you'll agree our quality is second to none.
Thanks again for your continued business! We will be glad to price anything you need done!

Greetings everyone. I just wanted to let everyone out there know that we are working hard to fill any orders that are pending. We also wanted to let everyone know that we are asking for at least two weeks lead time on any sign or print job you may be needing through DivisionWon. We are having some issues getting some materials, many items are on backorder, so if at all possible plan well ahead of when you would be needing signs, banners, or whatever the item may be.
