Daniel Spears has been with our company since September 2021. He is a great asset to our termite department. We get calls often saying how impressive his work ethic and customer service is. He goes out of his way to help our company and our customers.

He was born and raised in the Persia community. Daniel and his wife Ashley have 2 sons, Caylan and Tucker. When he's off work he enjoys hunting and fishing.

We are so happy that he joined the East Tennessee Pest Control family.

Subterranean termites live in underground colonies with as many as two million members. They are also found in moist secluded areas above ground.

The best method of subterranean termite control is to avoid water accumulation near your home's foundation. Divert water away, reduce humidity in crawl spaces with proper ventilation. Never bury wood scraps or waste lumber in the yard. Most importantly, eliminate wood contact with the soil.

Lisa Helton came to ETPC in March of 2020. Lisa is excited to be learning the family business and to know our customers. She came from the finance background. She is the daughter of Tammy Keirsey Co-owner of the company and Granddaughter of the Late Ken and Polly Richards Founder of ETPC. Lisa has been married to technician Steven Helton since 2002. They have 3 children. Caleb, Bethany and Micah. She enjoys spending time with her family outside of work and loves to read mystery novels. She is excited to be back with Etpc. She worked here 1997-2001 while she attended high school.

Johnny Hickman started with ETPC in 2018. He is dependable and is always willing to help out where he is needed. Johnny is part of our Termite Department. Outside of work he is a caregiver for his mother. He also enjoys working on cars. He is very caring towards others and is always ready to lend an ear if anyone seems down.Johnny has a very cheerful attitude. We are so proud to have Johnny on board.

Freddie Farmer has been in the Pest Control industry for several years, he came back to work for us in 2018. He is fun to be around and always makes you smile.No one can ever be in a bad mood around him. He has 4 children. Outside of work he enjoys camping, fishing and working on old cars. He works hard to keep his clients satisfied with his services and enjoys getting to know his clients, as well his co-workers. We are so happy he chose to work for us.

Don Eidson began his journey with ETPC in 2014 but the friendship he had with our founder started many years before. Don is liked among his coworkers and clients alike. He will help anyone, anyway he can.Don has worked in sales, Pest control and is currently working in our Termite department. He is a Airforce Veteran from 1968-1972. Don has 3 children and 7 grandchildren. He is very active in his grandchildren's lives. He loves to travel, T.V. and radio shows. He enjoys playing guitar. Don is very loyal and hardworking. We consider Don a great asset to our company.

Joe Roten began his employment with ETPC in 2012. He is married to Brittany ,they have a 1 daughter. He was raised in the St. Clair Community. Joe is well liked by his clients and many tell us he is the best technician they have had. Joe has an exceptional sense of humor. He can always make you smile. He is very polite, very respectful and honest in everything he does. So happy to have him aboard!

Danny Trent started with our company in 2011. He handles our commercial pest control accounts. He takes pride in a professional look and always has a smile, polite conversation while out in the community. He and his wife Sondra have 2 daughters and grandchild. He is very family oriented. He is honest and dependable. Danny was born in St. Clair area into a very hardworking family and that work ethic was instilled in him. Danny is always ready to get out to work to service his clients.

Steven Helton came to work for ETPC in 2003. He and his wife Lisa, have 3 children, Caleb, Bethany and Micah. He was born and raised in Surgoinsville. He started out in Lawncare services and moved to Pest Control Technician. Steven holds a pesticide business license in the state of Virginia. Steven has been on the current route he works for over 15 yrs. He is honest, dependable and very competitive in sales. He tries to make sure his customers are satisfied with his service performance.

Rick Justice offers many years of Termite Treatment experience, he has been with our company since 2001. He ran a pest control route for a short time, then he became our termite go to. He works hard to ensure our clients homes are protected. Rick is a honest, loyal man. He will help out anytime you need him to. He is married to Karen. He loves baseball and makes the best deer jerky ever!

Paul Justice is part of our sales team here at ETPC. He has over 25 yrs experience in the Pest Control Industry. Paul always has a friendly smile and easy going personality that makes our clients feel at ease. Paul is an honest man and his years of experience are a great asset to our team. We are glad to have him aboard. He and his wife Mickey have children and several grandchildren. Paul was very loyal to our founder Ken Richards SR and has been a family friend for many years. He loves sports.

Mark Weems is the Termite and Pest Control Department Supervisor for our company. He has been with the company Since 2000. We are greatly honored to have someone as loyal and dependable as Mark. He was raised in the Rogersville area. Mark and wife Lori have 2 children, Jessee and Makayla. Mark has performed many different jobs during his time with us at ETPC and has excelled in all. He is honest, fair and runs his department with respect and integrity. Mark, daily, puts the company needs as high priority.

Everette Weems is part of our sales team here at ETPC. He has been a valued and loyal employee with our company since 1998. He takes pride in offering our services to the community and does so with integrity. Everette was born and raised in the Rogersville area. He and his wife Kristen have one daughter, Madison. The first words that come to mind to describe Mr. Weems is honest and dependable. He will go above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients.

My name is Rebecca Trent. I am the data clerk here at East Tennessee Pest Control. I am the oldest granddaughter of the founder, Mr. Kenneth Richards and the daughter to Pam Manis. Our business started back in 1971 on the same lot we are on now, However, It wasn't the building we are in now. Ken Sr had humble beginnings in a metal storage building. Armed with a B&G sprayer, He set to work, putting his faith in God to help him thrive. The successes through the years enabled the larger more efficient operation to be built in 1997. Daughter's Pamela Manis and Tammy Keirsey are proud to carry on the family business.
