• Our core business is providing estimates and billing services for restoration contractors. If you don’t have your own scope sheets and logs we will provide them for you. These scope sheets provide us with the work that was performed, materials removed and equipment used. You send us back the scope sheets with the photos, direction of pay or assignment of benefits and we will prepare the paperwork to be sent to the insurance company.

What I am describing is a claims-resolution strategy: appraisal (if it's in the policy) is a faster, more structured way to settle a dispute over the amount of loss than a public adjuster, attorney, or supplement vendor, and it often reduces fees and cycle time when the only disagreement is price or scope.
Good day. I am handling a NCJUA appraisal and the opposing appraiser for NCJUA gave me a list of names that consisted of attorneys and judges. As they do not write estimate and are mostly court appointed I was unable to accept. I gave him a list of 32 names and outright they were rejected. He is pushing for court appointed and of course I see why so a good award would not be his fault. He gave me a few other names and I have never heard of these people. Looking for direction whether they are fair or not. R.S. Stan Townsend., Allan Roth, John Mapfis. There were others that I would not choose but was unsure of these.
